For the cranberry sauce I just plopped 200g of berries, 100g sugar, pinch of ground cloves, grated ginger, cinnamon stick and 2 tablespoons of port (port bottles were too big so I bought Madeira wine instead for the smaller bottle. I honestly don’t know the difference).
Put in one pot and heat till the berries pop.
