Rainbow food series – orange
1 each of yellow, purple and orange carrot
1/2 cup walnuts
Small handful South African raisins
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
Pinch of sea salt flakes
Cracked black pepper
Pinch of dried pepper flakes
1. Grate the carrots into your salad bowl.
2. Add the nuts and raisins, chopped or whole.
3. Whisk together the dressing and pour into the salad.
