Sautéed spinach

Simple, just simple.

Recipe

200 g baby spinach
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Heat up the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for a few seconds.
2. Add the spinach and toss till reduced.
3. Season with the salt and pepper.
